Description
Oxford Nanopore MinION Mk1B portable nanopore sequencer, boxed in its original case with Configuration Test Cell and USB 3.0 cable. Runs one MinION flow cell, or a Flongle flow cell with the Flongle adapter (adapter not included), from a host computer. Condition: good operating condition per seller. Software and computer: none included. Needs a host PC meeting Oxford Nanopore MinION IT requirements with MinKNOW installed. The Mk1B is discontinued (succeeded by the Mk1D); check that current MinKNOW still supports it.
