It replaces harsh centrifugation with a gentle laminar flow to remove unbound antibodies and debris while preserving cell viability and surface markers Centrifuge-Free Washing: Protects fragile cells from mechanical stress and lysis by avoiding high G-forces. High Throughput: Processes up to 96 samples simultaneously in as little as 3 minutes. Cleaner Data: Delivers a higher stain index, reduced cell clumping, and lower background debris. Automated Buffer Exchange (BEX): Allows users to automatically switch between up to 8 different solutions using the built-in touchscreen. Automation-Ready: Firmware supports integration with robotic liquid handling and plate-handling platforms.
