The LUNA-II is an automated cell counter that provides you with the ultimate brightfield counting experience. Once you press ‘count’, the LUNA-II™ does the rest. It brings your cells into sharp focus by adjusting the light levels, capturing a high-resolution image, and analyzing the image to generate accurate cell counts and viability data. Custom cell-specific counting protocols can be created, or you can use the standard counting protocol that works for most cell lines. Live cells are marked with green circles and dead cells are marked with red circles, making it easy to verify the accuracy of each count. This compact counter fits comfortably in a cell culture hood or on your benchtop and integrates seamlessly into your workflow. The LUNA-II automated cell counter counts cells from 3 to 60 μm. You can verify your results immediately with the integrated counting analysis software. Easily mark your cells based on size or save your cell image counts for later analysis with different parameters. Automatically save and store results, up to 1,000 counts. Export count data and images to a USB flash drive in CSV, TIF, annotated TIF, or PDF formats.
