Description
Olympus CKX53 inverted microscope set up for brightfield and phase contrast, manufactured November 2021. Configuration: CKX53 frame (asset label reads CKX53SF), serial 1L47900; fixed trinocular observation tube with a pair of 10x eyepieces; 4-position nosepiece; LED transmitted illumination; integrated ultra-long working distance condenser; plain stage with side extension plates. UIS2 objectives 4x, 10x, 20x and 40x. Condition and testing: used, from working service. The former owner's inventory label is still on the stand. Software and computer: none needed; no camera fitted.
