The Chromium Controller is a microfluidics instrument that partitions cells or nuclei into nanolitre droplets for single-cell and genomic library preparation. It generates barcoded gel beads in emulsion to enable single-cell RNA, ATAC and other multi-omic assays, providing a reproducible, automated route into 10x Genomics sequencing workflows.
