Description
Zeiss Axioskop 2 widefield upright microscope set up for reflected fluorescence, transmitted brightfield and DIC. This unit has an Axio zoom trinocular head (1104-293), two W-PI 10x/23 eyepieces, a manual XY stage and objectives A-Plan 2.5x, A-Plan 5x/0.12 (441020), 40x/0.65, Plan-Neofluar 10x/0.30 Ph1 (440-331) and Plan-Neofluar 20x Ph2 (1004-989). Illumination is an HBO 100 mercury lamphouse (1007-980) with EBQ 100 power supply and a HAL 100 transmitted lamphouse, with RFP, GFP and DAPI filter sets. A Leica MC170 HD camera and a PC with camera operating software are part of the system. The unit is described as in good working condition.
