Description
The BioTherm BioOven III features a rotating sample carousel that exposes all samples to a uniform temperature. The Bio Oven III can accommodate up to 8 96-well plates and has a menu-driven controller. Users can write and store procedures or input the sample type and use the BioTherm pre-pre-programed optimized run. Users can set sample and target temperature, current cycle count, and experiment timers. The BioTherm Bio Oven III has memory space for up to 99 program profiles. Maximum temperature: 99.9°C Temperature ramp: 0.1 – 2.0°C/S
