Steris Finn-Aqua Water for Injection (WFI) generation and storage system, producing endotoxin-free water by multiple-effect distillation, skid-mounted and built to cGMP (USP/EP WFI quality). It comprises a Finn-Aqua 200-S3 three-effect falling-film distillation unit with pyrogen separation and continuous blowdown, a 600 L 316L stainless steel WFI storage tank with vent filter and level and temperature sensors, a 600 L insulated jacketed holding tank, a sanitary centrifugal distribution pump, pressure, temperature, conductivity and level transmitters with safety and relief valves, and a PLC control panel with alarms, data logging and local or remote control. Utility connections: plant steam (3-8 bar), cooling water, feed water, condensate return, instrument air
