Description
The CyScope HP is a uniquely innovative microscope, offering LED fluorescence and light microscopy in a compact design and implementing sophisticated optics. It employs incident light (e.g. UV, royal blue, blue, green, red) and transmitted light detection, either simultaneously or separately. The blue (470nm) and green (528nm) LEDs with their extremely long life of several thousand hours work in a high-power / high-current mode, cooled by a miniature fan. Eyepieces: Partec 10x/23 mm Head: Biinocular 45° angled tubes with interpupillary distance from 55 to 75 mm Nose piece: Four-way Objectives: 20x/0.40, 40x/0.65, 100x/1.25 Oil Focus adjustment: Coaxial 25 mm coarse and fine adjustment Illumination: Transmitted LED set for Köhler illumination. Fluorescent: High Power Green LED (528 nm) Excitation and Emission Set, High Power Blue LED (470 nm) Excitation and Emission Set, Camera: CMOS (color depth 36 bits, 1/2,5” CMOS chip, 2592 x 1944 pixel, including software)
