About this model
The CKX53SF is an inverted microscope for routine observation of cell cultures and other samples in flasks and dishes. The inverted configuration allows viewing through the base of culture vessels, and the optics deliver clear contrast for monitoring cell morphology, confluence and growth during everyday laboratory work.

Configuration: CKX53SF frame, serial 0F41673; trinocular observation tube with a pair of 10x/22 eyepieces; objectives UPlan 4x IPC/0.13, CACHN 10x IPC/0.25 and LCACHN 40x IPC/0.55; CKX3-SLP phase slider; LED illumination with integrated long working distance condenser. Condition and testing: used, good condition per the seller. Software and computer: none needed; no camera fitted.
