Description

The IKA T45 DX Ultra-Turrax is a powerful industrial homogenizer developed for dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing, and fine grinding liquid and semi-solid samples. Thanks to its robust construction and high rotational speed, this system is ideally suited for laboratories, pilot plants, and production environments where reliable and reproducible sample processing is required. This version is supplied with two dispersion elements: Coarse dispersion element (G) for pre-homogenization and coarse dispersions. Fine dispersion element (F) for obtaining very fine emulsions and homogeneous suspensions. The homogenizer operates at a fixed speed of 10,000 rpm, guaranteeing consistent mixing quality. The system is mounted on a spring-loaded telescopic stand, allowing the working height to be easily adjusted to suit different containers and applications. The unit is in good technical condition. There is minor cosmetic damage (a damaged control knob and a small crack in the base of the tripod), without affecting the operation or performance of the system.
