Description
The Mettler Toledo DSC 1 STAR® System is a high-quality Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) for accurately analyzing the thermal properties of materials. The system is suitable for determining, among other things, melting point, glass transition (Tg), crystallization, oxidation stability, curing reactions, and heat capacity of polymers, pharmaceuticals, food products, and other materials. This version is equipped with the FRS5 Full Range Sensor with 56 thermocouples, two integrated gas flow meters, and a Haake EK45 IntraCooler, enabling measurements at low temperatures. The system can optionally be equipped with Mettler Toledo STARe Software version 18.0. A hard lock key and software licenses are not included, meaning the software must be activated separately for use. Thanks to its modular design, high sensitivity, and excellent temperature control, the DSC 1 is suitable for both research and quality control laboratories.
