About this model
Automated flash chromatography system and the fully featured model in the CombiFlash NextGen range. It reads the size and type of each RediSep column by RFID and sets a default gradient and flow rate, and monitors vapour, solvent level and waste level during the run.
This unit
Teledyne ISCO CombiFlash NextGen 300+ automated flash chromatography system with UV detection and an evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD). It runs 1 to 300 mL/min at up to 300 psi (20 bar), forms a binary gradient from four solvent inlets and takes RediSep columns from 4 g to 330 g. The NextGen 300+ is the fully featured model in the range: a solid load injection valve, RFID recognition of columns and racks, and active vapour, solvent level and waste level monitoring are standard. Condition and testing: Pre-owned, complete system. Function-tested by the seller before shipment. Powers on and runs the PeakTrak control software (CombiFlash NextGen version 5.0.86). Configuration: The instrument software reports UV detection at 254 and 280 nm and an ELSD (version d.6.1). The ELSD needs a gas supply at 60 to 70 psi (4.1 to 4.8 bar). The serial label reads Combiflash Rf 300+ UV; the unit carries the NextGen 300+ front panel and software. Software and computer: Controlled from the on-board touchscreen with PeakTrak software; no PC needed. It can also be controlled from a web browser over the network. Power: 100 to 240 V, 50/60 Hz. Not included: glassware, test tubes and columns.
