Description
About this model
The Incucyte S3-C2 is a live-cell imaging and analysis system that sits inside a standard cell culture incubator and images cells in their vessels over hours to weeks. A microscope gantry with an automated 4X, 10X and 20X objective turret acquires HD phase contrast and green and red fluorescence images from up to six microplates, or flasks and dishes on three interchangeable trays, while an external controller schedules scans, stores the data and runs the analysis software.

Condition and testing: used. In the seller's photographs the controller is powered on and its information screen is displayed; the network connection reads 'Not detected'. Software and computer: the controller runs Windows 10. Versions shown on the controller: LCD panel software 2020.3.1.66, Incucyte controller 2023A Rev2, firmware 2021.3.3.0 Rev2, motion controller 2023.1.2.0 (hardware revision 3).
