About this model
Benchtop protein stability analyser that combines full-spectrum fluorescence, static light scattering (SLS) and dynamic light scattering (DLS) in one instrument. It measures thermal melting (Tm), aggregation onset (Tagg), particle size and polydispersity on up to 48 samples per run, using 9 µL of sample in sealed capillary cassettes (Unis). Supports thermal ramp, isothermal and DSF dye-based methods, plus viscosity, kD, B22 and G22 applications.
