About this model
Safety vacuum drying oven for materials that release flammable solvents. ATEX-compliant design with heated aluminium expansion racks, touchscreen controller showing temperature and pressure, programme-controlled drying with automatic venting at the end of the process, internal data logger with USB export and a pressure interlock that only enables heating below 100 mbar.
This unit
Binder VDL 115 safety vacuum drying oven, 115 L, for drying materials that give off flammable solvents. Safety concept to the ATEX directive 2014/34/EU, marked Ex II 2/3/- G IIB T3 Gb/Gc/- X. Temperature range from 9 °C above ambient to 110 °C. Configuration: 230 V single-phase version with touchscreen controller showing temperature and pressure graphically, programme-controlled drying with automatic venting at the end of the process, internal data logger with USB export, Ethernet interface, two aluminium heating shelves (expandable to six), DN 16 access port, and a connection for venting with ambient air or inert gas. Maximum load 20 kg per shelf, 70 kg in total. Rated power 1.6 kW. Condition: like new, factory tested. A vacuum pump is not part of the oven and is needed to run it.
