Teledyne ISCO CombiFlash EZ Prep dual function purification system with UV detector (200 to 400 nm), for flash chromatography and preparative HPLC on one instrument. It runs 5 to 200 mL/min, up to 200 psi (13.8 bar) in flash mode and 3,500 psi (240 bar) in preparative HPLC mode, with a binary gradient drawn from any two of four solvents. In flash mode it purifies 10 mg to 33 g of sample. In preparative mode it takes HPLC columns up to 50 mm in diameter, with particles down to 5 µm, and switching between the two modes is done from the touchscreen. Condition and testing: Pre-owned, in good cosmetic condition. Serviced by the seller's in-house team and passed all their tests (power supply, initialisation, flushing, priming, gradient and collection runs); fully functional. Configuration: EZ Prep UV, as shown on the serial label. Software and computer: Controlled from the on-board touchscreen with PeakTrak software; no PC needed. Power: 100 to 240 V, 50/60 Hz. Not included: glassware, test tubes and columns.
