This unit
Biotage Selekt SEL-2SV automated flash purification system with the Spektra licence and Biotage solvent detector, serviced and fully functional. Only 9 runs and 273 lamp hours on the counter. Configuration: - Column channels: 2 - Solvent channels: 4 - UV detector: 200 to 400 nm - Flow range: 1 to 300 mL/min; pressure up to 30 bar (435 psi) - Column identification by QR code scanner; rack identification by RFID - Spektra licence installed; solvent tray with leak sensor Condition and testing: pre-owned, good cosmetic condition with some scratches and yellowing on the front touchscreen. Serviced and tested by the seller: power-up and initialisation, fraction collector arm calibration, RFID rack detection, QR scanner, solvent ports 1 to 4, method creation, gradient formation, flush and air flush, and a reverse-phase test run with a phenacetin and N-benzylbenzamide test mix. All tests passed. Software and computer: on-board Selekt software 2.3.0.4 with the Spektra licence; no separate PC needed. Not included: glassware, test tubes, columns.
